Croisieurope is in full charge of catering on its ships, so you can cruise the rivers of Europe aboard your own French restaurant.
Each meal on your cruise gives you an experience of French cuisine. CroisiEurope’s head chef, Alain Bohn, was recently nominated one of the 250 worldwide members of the Maîtres Cuisiniers de France. CroisiEurope chefs have worked alongside Michelin-starred greats such as Paul Bocuse and Marc Haeberlin.
The dining room on CroisiEurope ships seats everyone for one sitting at lunch and dinner. These are held at fixed times to fit the daily schedule, normally with tables of 4 to 8 organised at boarding and taking guests' languages into account.
Lunch and dinner menus are published in Reception early in the day, and alternative dishes can be arranged on request. Specific dietary requirements are catered for, and should be stated at the time of booking. Special occasion items should be requested in advance.
